Wheres my order?

I aim to make and post orders within 5 working days of purchasing. You can contact me here to chase up an order. Please include your order number to make things easy for both of us☺️

Did you ship worldwide?

Yes! If its on a map, I ship there! International Tracked & Signed shipping costs £10, its a safer way to make sure your order arrives and depending on where you are in the world shipping can take between 1-4 weeks.

Do you make custom pieces? 
I'm afraid I don't make custom orders at the moment. 

Can I get a different length of chain on my necklace?
Of course you can! I can change the colour and length of chain no problem. You can leave a note at the checkout and I'll be sure to customise it for you. 

My order is present, can I get it gift wrapped and sent without a receipt? 
Yep, I love gift wrapping! Just leave your requirements at the checkout.
