♥ I ship UK orders everyday, once a week on a Friday for international orders.

♥ EU orders are not available at this time.

♥ Occasionally there can be unexpected delays during transit, which are beyond my control. Please allow up to 21 days after dispatch before contacting me about missing orders.

Returns

If you have any problems or aren't happy with your purchase you can get in touch here with your details and I'll do all I can to sort it out for you. I gladly accept returns and exchanges, please contact me within 14 days of delivery.  

Please ship items back to me within 30 days of delivery.

The following items can't be returned because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective: 

Earrings (for health/hygiene reasons) 

Sale items. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in an unused, saleable condition, with all original packaging, within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
